All returns are at the customer’s own expense & you may be liable for any import fees.
We ask that all items be returned to us within 30 days of your order being dispatched, in perfect saleable condition with tags attached. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for your return package.
To return an item to MORI, please contact our team via email at email@example.com. Please provide your order number and the items you would like to return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return or exchange for the following items:
- Face masks.
- Personalised products, unless there’s a manufacturing fault.
All items must be returned new, unused and in original Material Serek Spółka Jawna packaging (excluding gift packaged items).
If the item was a gift, we’ll issue a gift card to the email address of your choosing for the value paid.
MORI can only accept back whole items. Please note, sets, multipacks etc are considered one and cannot be partially returned.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 10-14 working days.
Please note delivery fees are non-refundable
