Please ensure you\u00a0<b>obtain proof of postage<\/b>\u00a0for your return package.<\/p>\r\n<p>To return an item to MORI, please contact our team via email at <strong>office@lemonandpearldesign.com<\/strong>. Please provide your order number and the items you would like to return.<\/p>\r\n<p>Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return or exchange for the following items:\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Underwear.<\/li>\r\n<li>Face masks.<\/li>\r\n<li>Personalised products, unless there\u2019s a manufacturing fault.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>All items\u00a0<b>must be returned new, unused and in original Material Serek Sp\u00f3\u0142ka Jawna packaging<\/b>\u00a0(excluding gift packaged items).\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>If the item was a gift, we\u2019ll issue a gift card to the email address of your choosing for the value paid.<\/p>\r\n<p>MORI\u00a0<b>can only accept back whole items<\/b>.
